Day-by-Day Itinerary
Leave Marrakech early and drive over the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n Tichka pass, enjoying fresh air and beautiful views. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site seen in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Continue through Skoura’s palm groves and the fragrant Rose Valley before spending the night in Boumalne Dades.
After breakfast, travel through the stunning Dades Valley with its tall cliffs and scenic viewpoints. Visit the Todra Gorges, where red canyon walls tower above you, then drive through peaceful palm oases. In the afternoon, reach the Sahara’s dunes in Merzouga. Ride a camel at sunset to your luxury desert camp, enjoy dinner by the fire, listen to Berber music, and sleep under a starry sky.
Wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, return by camel or 4x4 to Merzouga and meet your driver. Pass through Rissani’s lively market, drive by Alnif, and follow the Draa Valley to Ouarzazate. Cross the Tizi n Tichka pass again and arrive in Marrakech by evening with lasting memories of your Morocco tour.
